Adult Fitness Boot Camp - workout like a gymnast.

Starting this Wednesday night, January 4th, we are beginning a weekly Adult Fitness Boot Camp. All fitness levels are welcome.

The workouts are patterned after the same conditioning and fitness program used by the competitive gymnasts; however, these adult workouts will be Low Impact, Cardio to get your heart rate up and burn calories in addition to Strength training.

Every Wednesday night at 8pm, only $5 per night. No signup necessary, just show up in workout attire which allows flexibility.
